I’ve been to the RIG hotels very often and I must tell you they remarkedly clean. The hotel is very sufficient. Most of the staff are bilingual. The pool is always soaked very clean and the food is excellent and all the employees are very very helpful for everything and Mr. ANTONIO keeps the pool very very clean and very, very safe to swim

I recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling with children, it's clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful, breakfast is always on time, the fruits served at breakfast are fresh, and very quiet, no noise, really a big thank you to the staff, especially Christopher always attentive and Elias the bartender the people here are kind and respectful. They always keep my room clean .

Antoni made check in smooth, friendly and easy!! We only stayed one night, but it was a great place to land. Super fun location yet very quiet on the inside when you’re ready to sleep. Hot water & good wifi!

This is a great place to stay while visiting Santo Domingo. It is located in the Zona Colonial which is where tourist tend to go to the most. It is super close to food shops as well; most of the stuff is walking distance. The staff is so kind and helpful. Truly an amazing experience in this hotel. Will definitely be back!
